so ,
yup, Josiah's birthday.
reached there late because of enrolment service. (GoGo Sergeant Mark!)
roughly around 8.30? but way ahead of schedule.
so stayed there for a while, and ate some food
then Josiah started opening his presents,
made some funny comments,
made us laugh
then in the end,
he told us
that there was a reason for the party to be held at the multi-purpose hall
he would also explain to us why there was no birthday cake.
he said:
"Some of you might notice, that everytime the birthday boy cuts the cake, it doesn't always neccessarily ends up in the mouth?"then he proceeded to explain why it was held at the second floor of the multi-purpose hall.
"You see that swimming pool out there? (Points out the balcony) Sometimes, due to unseen reasons, the birthday boys ends up inside too."(all ends up in laughter)spent some time there
then went looking for Ivan and his guitar
found him and Mavis rehearsing for the next day's praise and worship.
so yup, joined them for a while.
dunno why
stay until very late,
have to rush to get home before 11pm (curfew)

And now i'll elaborate on that nightmare i had
think of the setting as the early morning, before the sun rose,
and that it was soemwhere out in a ruined city, very little buildings,
lots of fortresses.
something like out of lord of the rings.
it was very bizzare, very real.
I knew that it could not be true yet, i found myself walking down the stone steps.
People walked passed me, all in a daze
preparing themselves for the battle ahead (don't ask me how i knew that there was going to be a battle soon, its just a dream.)
Someone jogged up to me and shouted," sir! we have equipt our men with all the weapons that we own. There is nothing else left, the remaining people without weapons will have to fight using whatever they have."
I nodded and continued my walk.
then someone from the sentry post screamed
"the vampires are coming! they're here!!!"
I had this feeling that i knew why they were here, but somehow i could not recall why.
Someone yelled, "Get to your battlestations!!! String up your bows and arrows!"
I saw people rushing out to the firing slits on the "castle's" roof.
I joined the crowd and watched as the cloud of vampires come closer and closer
I saw myself raising an MA5B assault rifle.
Looking out into the horizon, I screamed the order to fire
Arrows and gunfire erupted from both towers and the platform in between.
gunfire poured from my rifle.
(everything fades away,a new scene appears)
I am sitting on one of the staircases of the castle, doing something with my guitar.
I stand up and let the guitar rest against the wall.
I walked towards the platform.
There is this girl watching me, stringing up her bow at the same time
"you're Erika right?" I felt myself talking to her
she nodded and smiled
"You're very good at far range. When they return, i want you to shoot the flying ones down first."
I remembered she said something but I can't remember what.
Somehow, i feel that she is important... in? I don't know....Just a feeling.
Somewhere, the alarm is sounded (a horn blowing)
everyone is rushing, blocking up the doors and windows, creating barricades.
I started firing, So did Erika.
i don't see the rest now, only me and her shooting the vampires.
Someone screams," they've breached the west gate!!!"
I hear lots of screams, told Erika to stay put and dashed off to help.
What i saw froze me.
The vampires were killing as efficiently, better than they should be.
I raised my rifle and started picking them off the stairs.
Some fell, most of them giving up their lives just centimetres away from my blood-sodden boots.
More allies joined me in forcing them back.
My rifle clacked, out of ammo.
I slammed the catch, watched the spent clip fall and slapped in a reload.
Continued firing.
Until i heard Erika scream
I had no idea how i managed to run so fast up, how i managed to get there in a few seconds.
my rifle had run out of ammo by then so i took out a pistol instead, i had a long-knife in the other hand
she was still there, where i had left her, but this time, there were a legion of Vampires behind her. One of them was holding her in a stranglehold, the other one was staring at me.
I remembered that we talked for a while,
i can't remember what, but i think that the eastern gate was breached too, that was how the vampires managed to get her.
(At this point, i'm watching this like a movie)
Vampires surrounded my back and some grabbed me.
She called out my name, i shuddered.
I remembered that females had to have certain requirements before being turned into vampires.
So i asked her,"Are you a virgin?"
She stared at me with big eyes.
She took a lifetime to answer, as if she was ashamed.
I cocked my pistol
She shook her head
"I'm gonna kill her, then you,"the vampire holding her said.
"Not...Yet" I whispered.
I started to slash and cut,
broke free of my restraints.
from my angle
i saw the vampire getting ready to claw her up,
I raised my pistol, loaded and fired.
Headshot.
He fell, she ran towards me.
I grabbed her hand,
we both ran, down the stairs, both of us
Vampires tried to stop us
I remembered that we were being overwhelmed
(fade-out)
I think i dream more but i couldn't remember the rest as it was talking, with Erika and the Vampires, but we were all sitting down peacefully at the stairways and chatting like old friends.
Then my mother woke me up.
I had another nightmare today. I think i have enough time to write about it.
Something set in my old school's parade square
me and my squad were dressed like we were marines from StarCraft.
I still remembered i was issued a C17 Gauss rifle
we were deployed there to plant a bomb.
then HQ would strategically detonate bombs placed islandwide to wipe out the zerg infestation.
I was inside the classroom.
We were resting
WE sent the second squad and the sergeant to go check on the canteen.
based on what we heard, they were in trouble.
minutes, or was it hours later,
we decided to help them,
then we heard a rumble.
we all ran out to the parade square.
Motion sensors indicated that something large was coming our direction.
since we couldn't see it,
we assumed in was underground
and it was fast
which meant one thing:
Zerg
They were here, they were going to sabotage our bomb,
we started to jog back
Don't know why, but the distance from the parade square to the building suddenly seemed like kilometres.
we saw firing inside
HQ was screaming inside our helmets, detonate!!!
WE did
the bomb exploded.
The island-wide map still showed the Zergs still alive
Millions of squads had given their lives to plant the bomb and...
they were all dead.
the zergs had merely sacrificed a thousand out of their billions to self-destruct each bomb.
I remember HQ calling us to fall back to their position when Mum woke me up
I remember this dream having a few versions (the one above was the one that i had after these versions):
one was that i remain in the classroom, with the bomb, and the zerg would try to bring it down, and i would die firing and fighting.
the second one was that i would run to the canteen and try to help out the second squad.
the above "long story version" would be the third one.
Before mum woke me up.
enough of nightmares
so yup,
i managed to drift my AE86.
and i can play With Me by sum 41 on guitar!!! (but its not very good)
